Prior to establishing the firm, Allen was a partner at Titan Law Chambers. He has vast practical experince in commercial transactions having once worked as the Head of Legal & Company Secretary for Hwange Colliery Company Limited. He has experience in cross border transactions and also offers specialist services in mining law.
